TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This End User License Agreement governs the terms and conditions between myBBQRecipe.food, an application produced by maremmabbq.com, and you, the App user. These terms apply to how you can download, install, access, and use the App.

By accessing the App, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, you cannot access or use the App.

1. User Account

To register and access the App, you must be at least 18 years old. During account creation, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, and password, which are necessary for using the App.

You are responsible for all activities carried out with your account, even if performed by third parties. It is your responsibility to protect your login credentials and report any unauthorized use immediately.

2. Subscription and Payment

Currently, the use of the App is completely free. Some features may become paid in the future, through monthly or annual subscription plans, which will only be activated with your explicit consent.

As a free service, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or parts of it at any time, with minimal advance notice via in-app notification or email, when possible.

If subscriptions or paid features are introduced in the future:

  • You will be asked to provide payment information through the App Store or Google Play;
  • You will be clearly informed of the costs and activation methods;
  • You can choose whether to continue with the free features or activate premium services.

3. License of Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your personal devices.

You cannot:

  • Resell, rent, or sublicense the App;
  • Share it on a network;
  • Modify, copy, or reverse engineer it;
  • Use it to violate third-party rights;
  • Circumvent security measures.

Future updates will be subject to the same terms, unless otherwise indicated.

4. Data Usage

We collect anonymous data such as frequency of use, times, popular content, etc. The data is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and does not personally identify the user.

Additionally, some of the collected data may be used to offer personalized offers and promotions based on App usage and user preferences. You have the option to choose whether to share this data with us: if you decide not to consent to their sharing, some App features may be limited or unavailable.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its contents belong to maremmabbq.com or its licensors. The user may not copy or use the content outside the intended use of the App.

6. User Generated Content

We are not responsible for content uploaded by users. You grant maremmabbq.com an irrevocable, worldwide, and free license to use the content you provide for business purposes.

7. Termination of Contract

This agreement remains valid until terminated by you or us. We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with reasonable notice, especially in case of changes to the service or App structure.

In case of termination, you must cease using the App and delete it from all your devices. We may delete your data at the end of use.

8. Disclaimer

The recipes and information in the App are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. For health concerns, consult a doctor.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or absence of errors in the information. The App is provided "as is" and use is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, profits, opportunities, or service interruptions.

10. Apple and Google

Apple Inc. and Google Inc., along with their affiliates, are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce its terms.

The use of the App is also subject to Apple or Google's terms of use, accepted during account creation.

11. General Clauses

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

We reserve the right to update the terms. Any changes will be communicated, and your continued use of the App will constitute acceptance of the changes.

This agreement is governed by Italian law, and any disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
